We provide pet amenities and services to help you and your furry family member enjoy a relaxing time in Nara.

Pet Accommodation Policy

Advance notice is required. Please inform us at the time of booking.

Only pets with up-to-date vaccinations are allowed to stay. (Proof of vaccination will be requested upon check-in.)

A maximum of two small dogs (under 10 kg each) is permitted per room.
Pet-Friendly Rooms

“Gin Suite – 銀 –”: Pets are welcome and may roam freely within the room.

“Kin Suite – 金 –”: Pets are allowed, but must remain in a cage at all times while indoors.
Additional Fees
In addition to the accommodation fee, a special cleaning charge per pet per stay will apply as follows:

“Gin Suite – 銀 –”: ¥11,000 (tax included)

“Exclusive Suite / Kin Suite – 金 –”: ¥18,000 (tax included)
Pet Amenities
Pet amenities such as pee pads and food bowls will be provided during your stay for your convenience.
