Cage
A large cage is provided for cats staying in the Kin Suite, and a dog crate is available too — no need to bring your own.
Bowls & pet sheets
Food and water bowls, plus plenty of pet sheets, are ready in your suite.
Deodorizing spray
Available for your convenience. Feel free to arrive hands-free.
Before You Book
Let us know when booking
Please tell us the number and type of pets (dog / cat) when you make your reservation, so we can prepare the cage and amenities before your arrival.
Proof of vaccination
Dogs and cats must be vaccinated (including rabies for dogs). Please present the vaccination certificate at check-in.
House rules for dogs
So that your dog can roam freely indoors, we ask that they are house-trained and wear a pet nappy (known in Japan as “manner pants”) while inside the residence.
Cats: it depends on the suite
The Gin Suite is a separate annexe, so cats may roam freely indoors there. In the Kin Suite we ask that cats stay in the large cage we provide, to protect the fittings.
Pet agreement
We kindly ask guests to sign a short pet agreement at check-in, covering house rules for cleanliness and care of the property.
